. *HEADPHONES* . I‘ve started working on new songs again. This past year and a half have been an avalanche of emotions that needed it‘s time to process and channel into my work in a manner that contributes to the overall purpose I feel responsible towards as an artist. One of the newer journeys I am seriously contemplating embarking upon is to take on drum duties for some upcoming recording sessions. Drums are my 5th And technically weakest instrument and the fact that I am privileged to have some of the best drummers in the world (not exaggerating) as close friends doesn‘t make the idea any less daunting. Nevertheless, my recent relationship with more explicitly physical forms of art like dance and martial arts have had an influence on me in a way that seems to compell me to express myself in a way I have not felt this deeply before.
