[pm] I really don't get your concern with the matter. Yeah, it was work related, if you really want to know. Stein's press statement has made everyone money crazy. But I'm just about the only person in this city who refuses to participate in his glorified witch hunt. Which means I have no bargaining chip with sources, which means I get beat up by the people who are using the premise of money as bargaining chips with sources.

[pm] Not really sure what kind of help you could offer me. People get beat up by random strangers all the time. Not cause to throw on a cape and act all high-and-mighty. I don't mind suffering as long as I get a story out of it. As I'm sure you know, you have to make sacrifices for important work.

People buy excessive amounts of consumer goods at slightly less inflated prices and businesses are finally able to balance the books while people go bankrupt thanks to ER bills from being trampled. Capitalism at work.

Such a barbaric practice! And following a day of thanks too! People have been horrible today, and all I wanted was potatoes.
