Workout number 2 for the day. I have a very dear friend who is anything but athletic. A couple months he asked if he could ride with me or run with me. So we made a plan. Now, at least twice a week we get together and workout. I do not count it as my training and have began doubling up my workouts on these days, to ensure my training doesn't suffer. Anyways almost 10 miles in the books, an hour in the saddle, and most of all quality time with my buddy.
