When she’d agreed to take on the internship with the state senator’s office, she’d thought she’d be doing filing, and emails. Not hand delivering files to some of the local council members. But apparently, the forms were too late to be posted, and it’s how she finds herself lingering outside the mayors office, trying not to look too out of her depth.
