I figure it took about 10 years for me to hit my top weight of 285. I don't mind the slow, steady progress to get back to an optimal weight. Not a huge difference from last month but I feel better. And I felt really good then. I'm get tighter with each passing month. So hard work pays off? Oh. The #herbalife nutrition plan has been workin out.
