"The biggest, biggest, biggest dummy ever...!" His words became muffled and he buried his face into the top of the others hair, arms tightening around him in a warm embrace. "I would never leave my bestest friend behind!"

Hah... yeah... sorry for being such a big dummy.

                   Oh, death was so close. One step forward and Fangxi would be falling through the bitter night winter air, right off the edge of the tall building. Although it wasn't particularly tall, a good angle would do the trick ---- just one step outwards, and it would all be over. All her dreams, all that she had worked for, simply  gone within seconds. Of course, she would never actually do something of the sort ---- she still had to spit into the eye of the world.

She wasn't really paying attention as she dug through her bag, although, in looking up at the stranger, a small smile spread over her thin lips.

"Oh!  Hey!  Sorry, I wasn't paying attention--nearly ran into you huh?"  Straightening up, Nocturne looks him over.  "I like your outfit, and you have a nice face!"

                                   He wanted that, no that one. Probably that one too. Florian was staring at different cakes on the glass display of a bakery. Perhaps it was because of the christmas season, most of the cakes and pastries were beautifully decorated and it made them more appealing -- at least they were for him. He only had a few cents with him and surely that wasn’t enough. But ugh the cakes — he could feel his stomach vibrating about, causing awkward grumbling noise to be spread around and as if gesture alone could stop the noise his stomach was making, the halfling brought a hand resting on it. But he wasn’t allowed in the bakery, he knew it. The employee had told him to come back when he had more money to spend there.

He purses his lips for mere moments. He can hear the obnoxious singing from where he stands a few feet away. It's rather annoying and sounds like someone drank to much saké. In fact it's the reason why he bets for the off-key singing. It's annoying and it's rather irritating him. It sounds like a dying cat, a bad dying cat. His fingers take up the nearest rock, the off-key singer in view, and goes to whip the rock at thier head.
