WAIT what's the picture with jensen's reflection in Jareds glasses?? If you don't mind me asking (:

It was on Easter this year. Jared posted a picture on twitter of him and Tom in bunny glasses. In the reflection on the glasses lenses, you could see Jensen taking the picture. Jared must have realized we could see Jensen, so he retweeted it giving Jensen photo credit. Here’s the pic:

Hey! Just wondering...have j2 ever been asked if they would move their families up to Vancouver while they are shooting spn?

I don’t think anyone has ever asked them outright. Jared talked about it one time in an interview when he said something about Ruby coming back and he made it sound like having her and the kids with him in Vancouver would be an unpleasant distraction. Can’t remember which con that was! Someone help. --Admin N

As a tinhatter, what do you think of jensen always referring to jared as his 'brother'?

The Wincest shipper in me always goes “loooool”.

I think since the move to Austin they, especially recently, started to more and more make the push for the “Pedackles” family.

How the wives are so close and besties and how the kids are always together and pretty much growing up with each others, how the seven of them are just a big happy family where they all love each other and get along.

I think that push is so J2 being always together even while at home and “with their families/wives” doesn’t seem so weird and calling each other “brother” is just part of that.

If they are all just family no weirdness of J2 being together with their kids without G/D around. They’re just brothers. Nothing to see here.

(Another hat theory I saw is, using brother instead of like lover/SO/boyfriend)

when they are apart, they face-time a lot. Like during any mundane activity, like cooking, brushing teeth, drinking morning coffee, trying to feel like they are together

face-time of course also includes Tom, Shepherd and JJ

Jared wakes up first, works-out and prepares coffee and breakfast, then takes a cup up to Jensen to wake him up

they both miss each other a lot, but Jared is more vocal about voicing it while Jensen’s mood just goes down and he pulls more into himself

I don’t think they classically romantic (like rose petals and candles and stuff), but the way how they are very attentive and care for each other and try to make the other feel good and loved, would be considered very romantic from an outsider POV (like all the times Jensen sang for Jared)

they both love and hate their job. Moving to LA neither of them thought they’d meet the love of their lives, only the circumstances are against them and they have to hide

when they are with each other Jensen often forgets his surrounding, because he keeps on starring at Jared and his smile and just can’t believe that’s his life

Jared said I love you first. It was an exclamation in an emotional moment and neither expected it but Jared really meant it and told Jensen so and Jensen said the words back

when Jensen gets food on set, he always brings something back for Jared

Jared needs to remind Jensen to take a rest and not work to hard, especially when Jensen prepares for directing an ep

Jensen is the more physical one, always wanting to touch Jared and brush a hand over an arm or a shoulder. That’s why it never happens in public. He thinks if he once stars, he won’t be able to stop. So he controls himself and plays his Con-persona “grumpy!Jensen”

they both thought their growing attraction and later relationship was a well kept secrete, till they started to come out with it and people kept on rolling their eye and telling them, that the way they looked at each other everyone knew what was going on

this is a list then can become never-ending the more I think about it, so I’m stopping now

Hey! So I was curious...what are your tinhat headcanons about how j2 got together?(:

J2 theories! One of my fave topics, so yay for that question =D

Okay, since of course there is no way for me to really know, those are just my guesses:

as we all know, they first met at auditions and from the interviews, hit it off instantly

I think they met and their whole worlds went boom, that there was a deep connection from the get go and a strong mutual attraction

the deep connection quickly developed to friends and soon after changed to friends with benefits (they couldn’t hide the attraction and keep their hands to themselves)

both were totally into each other, but also afraid of all the might bees like, what would happen if they become a couple to their careers? what if they end up not liking each other after some time? how would the show affect them being a couple and how would they affect the show? what if someone found out? unsure if the other felt the same (love)? and so on

they stayed friends with benefits for awhile, I’d say like middle of 2007

at some point things started to change, they couldn’t pretend to be “just friends” anymore because they were both in love

they became a couple, moved together, but slowly people/fans started to become aware of how close they are, a lot of gossip started up if they were more then friends

this led to them being face with the struggles you’d imagine gay men have in Hollywood. TPTB intervened and women willing to acts as girlfriends had to be found, J2 moved apart and since gossip and rumors still didn’t go away, weddings had to happen to kill all those once and for all

they are still together, but under strict contracts regarding their “straight men” image and how to present themselves to the public eye
