Okay just gonna say/ask this straight to the point. I feel quite lonely in winter and I don't really know a good way to cope with it. I don't want the same thing to happen this year, last winter was horrible. So anyone up for talking (I'm kinda clingy because of it I guess😅). But yeah idk why I asked you.

I complemented a girl and after I felt regreted it. Why? Cause I have told her close to 2 months ago that I had a crush on her. Well she was totally okay with it cause I had just found out I am bisexual. She is befriended with my (boy) bestfriend, they might have discussed it. But what bothers me really is that I felt regret after just normally praising her for her beauty. I am kind of scared to fall in love with women. If she would have been a boy I would not feel this way for sure. 14yo girl

It sounds like this is what we call internalised biphobia. Because of this inherently heteronormative and queerphobic society you internalised this fear about your feelings for other girls. That’s unfortunately something a lot of bi and queer people experience and it takes patience with yourself and some work to get over it - but you can totally do it! Here are some things you can do. It may not happen over night but you will eventually become more comfortable in your sexuality and your feelings for girls. You just have to normalise the concept of being not straight. Hang in there! I know you can do it!
