What is the best thing to do if someone is being annoying but you don't know how to tell them without seeming to be very rude????

I’m really not the best person to come to for advice, sorry. And this is hard to answer without knowing what the annoying action is. But if it’s something that’s hurting you in some way, then you need to tell them whether you seem rude or not.
