Just a quick note of appreciation to the inhabitants of the State of Hawai‘i!  I moved here 25 years ago. Every day I worked beside people of all colors and religions, gay, straight and other, immigrants, and children of immigrants. As the mainland seems to be losing its mind, thank you Hawai‘i for your unaltered decency. Aloha and mahalo. You should be proud!

Even though you do not leave our side until March, I do not see you leave for the last time at the end of February, I cannot fathom my life without you. I have fallen into the abyss we fickle beings called humans call love, I have fallen in love with you as much as you have fallen in love with me.
