Bradley, or Greenberg as everyone and his coach called him, had been sitting in his room almost all day. More times than he'd be willing to admit Autumn Finstock had crossed through his mind. He didn't know what was wrong with him but, ever since he met her over the summer he hasn't been able to get her out of his head. It was hard to explain but he just felt, drawn to her. Not only was she beautiful but, she was funny and they got along really well- even when they were teasing each other. Finally he decided to take some advice she had given him a few days before, and grow some balls- yeah she had been talking about when talking to her dad but this wasn't much different.
He was sick of wanting to hang out with her, or take her on a date. It was time to just go for it, and see what happened. Even if she said no, then he could at least say he tried. Smiling, he put his wallet and his phone in his pocket before heading out to his car. Stopping by the store really quick he grabbed a single light pink flower before heading over to her house. Luckily when he pulled up her dad's car wasn't there so he went right up to her door. He knocked a few times before waiting for her to answer. Once she opened the door and his eyes met hers he smiled, and held out the rose. "You can tease me all you want about this being cheesy." He took a breath before saying, "Go out with me." He didn't give her a moment to respond, "Just once. Tonight." He told her, smiling, and hoping for the best.
