Hello there! I was just wondering if you knew how the Fae felt about gold/silver? I know they hate iron, but I haven’t been able to find anything relating to how they feel about gold or silver. Thank you!

Hello!Fae creatures tend to be fond of gold and silver from my experience and experiences I’ve heard from others, they also really enjoy gemstones and such precious/semi-precious things. ‘Pretty’ things in general tend to be quite appealing to them honestly, as long as there’s no iron involved.- Magpie.

Hey there! I’m sorry to bother you but for the past year I’ve been getting this feeling of something pulling me out to the field/woods near me and anytime i go out to search i don’t find anything physical/non physical. But when i go inside the feeling comes back. Idk if this has happened to you but I’m fairly new to this whole discovering my craft thing and idk really know how to describe it. Should i keep going out and look for whatever is pulling me out there? Or should i try and ignore it?

Hello there! As long as it doesn’t seem like a threatening feeling and you take reasonable precaution (from possible physical threats, not just possible spiritual ones) then I see little harm in exploring it. I believe my partner Lu has had similar feelings with various places and she personally chalks it up to the idea that the place was once home to her in another lifetime. Or somewhere her soul feels truly at peace due to the energies of the place. It could possibly be something similar to that?If there are others that have experience with this then please do leave comments explaining what you think it may be, having multiple experiences could help this person figure themselves out.- Magpie.

Hello, is it bad to have your altar in front of a mirror? Thank you!

Hello there!I’ve not heard any negative stories about people having their altars in front of mirrors but I personally can’t see it being a problem. If you’re of the belief that mirrors can absorb things such as spirits and entities then I’d try to ensure you don’t use it for spirit work or scrying lest you find yourself with a spirit trapped at your altar but otherwise I personally wouldn’t worry about it.If any of my followers have experiences with mirrors at their altars then feel free to add your two cents!- Magpie.

Hello there, I'm an agnostic Wiccan is that allowed? Thank you

While I’m in no position to say it isn’t allowed, it is somewhat a contradiction in terms. Consider it this way: Is it possible to be an agnostic Christian? Here is what I found when I looked into that.‘No. An atheist, like a Christian, holds that we can know whether or not there is a God. The Christian holds that we can know there is a God; the atheist, that we can know there is not. The Agnostic suspends judgment, saying that there are not sufficient grounds either for affirmation or for denial.‘So, in the same breath, it’s rather contradictory to say ‘agnostic wiccan’ as wiccans have a set belief system regarding gods and goddesses. Still, you are free to identify as you please. I cannot dictate to you what terms you may or may not use.
