I fucking hate having ARFID.

I can barely eat anymore and often have to resort to take out because of it, so I got take out of one of my safe foods and there were things on it I didnt order. Im not like mad at the cooks or anything, not at all but I bit into it and now I know this isnt a safe food anymore.

I barely eat anymore and when I do its not anything healthy cause I physically cant get myself to. Im so tired.
