En effet, il vient se glisser sur mon palais une amertume dont je me refrène à déglutir et qui me fait frémir.
Mais, comme tu as été submergé par des saveurs élégantes, je te laisse passer la douane de ma gorge. Car malgré ce petit goût disgracieux - que tu as, en plus inévitablement répandu dans la soupe qui t'accueillait - j'apprécie l’innovation que tu offres à mes sens aiguisés.
