Core and stability work last night. Had to use my arms to get all the way up! But definitely feeling improvements here. 😰 . Reading through the comments last night on my post and I was asked by @domiyoga "what are most looking forward to this year?" Immediately I thought ok family holiday, some personal yoga projects.....and then I realised this is just another year with nothing planned! Like nothing majorly exciting planned. And it's got me thinking I need to plan something major. This cannot be just another year!
