Let me share a little story. My friend of 25+ years came over yesterday. My kids were in full GO mode which of course included a couple of fights, a meltdown and some boo boos while they were showing off. Near the end of the visit, she complimented me on how calm I was on how I handled everything with my kids with kindness and patience. She told me she was exhausted from just WATCHING it all.
