Thank you for the support of the pets that I had made for the site. I’m so happy you guys liked them. I was feeling a lot of pressure to live up to Whixy!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who donated to the gofundme. While I stand by the fact I never relied on CJ for money and I did the job out of passion, the money was never spent frivolously. On New Year’s Day my cat was diagnosed with hepatitis so every penny earned working on Santae went towards treatment (between $250 and $400 a month, with 3 emergency trips about $600 each). Around the time I quit Santae was around the time I made the decision to demote from my managerial job to move home and take care of my father (72) who is developing Alzheimer’s. Losing the income from Santae and now making less than half of what I was before, I had $781 hanging over my head like a carrot on a stick knowing that would absolve a lot of credit card debt accrued from my boy’s appointments. I’ve spent over $3,500 in vet bills this year almost entirely on my credit card because who has several hundreds of dollars lying around? The donations received from the community will finally shed light on an endless tunnel I never thought I’d make it out of. Thank you all, from every fiber of my being.

Shoutout to Cloud for always doing their best to make sure that information that shouldn’t be public doesn’t make it to the blog. We all hate (or at least dislike) CJ here, but when the egg doc came out, Cloud didn’t just straight out post it, they did their due diligence to make sure that the information on the doc wouldn’t dox or actually harm CJ. (Unfortunately the poster got impatient and just made a new blog anyways.)
During the staff walkouts in March, when the staff team requested certain information withheld, because it was negatively affecting the negotiations, Cloud did so, despite backlash from the general public. When accusations get made against prominent ex staff members, Cloud goes to the source to make sure they aren’t posting baseless accusations or fake screenshots. Cloud has also consistently respected people’s identities, and not allowed gross rhetoric about the people written about here. I greatly appreciate Cloud’s role in all of this, and I wish them the happiest of new years.

Off anon. Not that I think anyone particularly cares or wants this, but, if anyone wants full size images or files of any item I drew for the site hit me up. I prefer Discord (same Username) because I almost never check Tumblr, but both are fine to DM me on. (Just expect me to be slow to reply on Tumblr) I did some art March through July 2024, including a couple Minimals, various instruments, the plushies for the star signs (can't remember the name of that. Astrology?), some potato foods, a couple referral items And there's some chests I drew which never got released, a bit miffed because I think they looked okay (though some of them were stinkers lol I'm not good at drawing chests). Hi all! This is Tybox! This is a wonderful update! Thanks to everyone's donations and a HUGE donation from Deerling, we have enough to 'pay the artists in full'! While this doesn't absolve CJ from paying this will hopefully help them in recovering.
That being said I have decided to pause the Gofundme for now! With legal stuff being tossed around I am a bit scared. If you want to still support the artists, I recommend reaching out to them and commissioning them directly. You can feel free to message me anywhere and I can see if I can get you people's information if you don't have contact with them!
