Simple but elegant. Gwen, named for his Nana, is the new butcher shop/restaurant in Hollywood from Curtis Stone that's opening today. Well, just the butcher shop part is which will serve next-level cuts of meat including an Australian Wagyu that you can't get anywhere else in the states. The restaurant part will open in about two weeks and it has some of the prettiest custom design furniture from Home Studios, based out of Brooklyn.
