Had it been any other person he’d throw those away without a second thought. Maybe try and get his gun before the other person, he’d be sure they would be hiding theirs among the flowers, a clever little trick. But... Getting a bouquet from Becky Albright seemed to tear down all his defenses in ways no group of armed group of mobsters could before.
In a way, his other side certainly found this amusing.
