CURRENT MOOD 😤 When you ship a package midday last Thursday to a client in Florida from Los Angeles scheduled to arrive first thing before 10:30a.m. on Friday and the package does not make it. 🤬 When I initially arrived at the shipping office last Thursday, I asked which would be the best, most reliable of shipping choices and they recommend with a unanimous hands down UPS over FedEx, USPS & DHL. I even paid extra $$$ for assurance for whatever it took to make it on time. The package did not arrive yesterday on Friday morning. I callled UPS several times throughout the day yesterday to check on the status. Two agents apologized and guaranteed me it would arrive end of day (no later than 8p.m.) on Friday then a 3rd agent said if not Friday then definitely on Saturday. All now to find out the package isn’t arriving till now Monday morning before 10:30a.m. as apparently they don’t even offer Saturday delivery as per a supervisor I just spoke to this morning. The ripple effect of this delay is appalling fir@me, my client and countless others as a result of this appalling shipping service. More so what gets under my skin the MOST is the disconnect and continuous misinformation and false promises.
