Childhood comparison between Starling and her older sisters, not counting Biscuit. This will be the last comparison as Nova didn’t make it past this age.
Nova had a, um accident, after going for a midnight/early morning swim. Biscuit, who had followed her out of curiosity is now quite traumatized.
Heir Situation.
So... uh. You know how happy Nova looked about beating Solstice for possible heir? Yea, well, here’s the thing, she was only pleased about beating Solstice in chess. Nova actually wants nothing to do with being heir.
It’s too much responsibility and she does not want that on her shoulders. So she is dropping out of the running.
That means that Nilly’s heir, unless someone nominates one of his non-Nova siblings, will be Lavender.
