After the big purposal it actually took HOURS to actually get their meal. It had to be canceled and reordered....

Meet Nilly’s Nephew, Carmine, Lavender, Phlox, Hyacinth, Solstice and Nova’s Cousin, Son of Pandora’s big sister Glimmer and BB’s big brother Eminence, The boy that just stole the title of cutest kid in my game; Aubergine Currant!!!!!! And to top it all off, he’s silly! He’ll probably be the death of his parents....

A couple nights later, Nilly invited Raz and BB over for Dinner. She made grilled cheese. It was the only thing she felt comfortable making. BB enjoyed it and spoke happily with Nilly, choosing to sit beside her.

Raz, on the other hand, sat across from Nilly and wasn’t as fond of the meal. He complained about it. 

Blackberry left after helping Nilly clean up, thanking her for the meal. 

Raspberry hung around and spoke with her. 

Raz - Are you seeing anyone?

Nilly - Nope. I’m not really looking for anything serious right now. You?

Raz - Same. 

It felt easy to talk with him, be around him. That’s not saying it was hard with Blackberry. It wasn’t but after hearing from her mother nearly all her life that she and Blackberry looked so nice together. It... it felt like she was being pressured to be with him. And while she could... see herself with Blackberry it felt like if she was going to go that route she needed  be all in. And she wasn’t ready for that yet. 

Nilly - What... What about something... casual?  [She blushed, looking at the floor and hoping he understood what she was insinuating] No expectations. No strings. 

Raz - Are you going to make BB this offer too?

There was something about his tone. She couldn’t quite put her finger on it, but she shook her head. 

Nilly - I - No! 

Raz - Relax. I’m kidding. I don’t think he has it in him to be casual. 

Nilly giggled and allowed Raz to pull her toward him...
