this one is called "the nurse" by shard scouts -- she is seen tending to the wounded and dying, which is very unusual amongst hellions. humanity still thinks their sapience is dubious at best thanks to the circumstances.

Yo, I doubt I can actually attract any attention to this, but if you like tabletop, post-apocalyptic settings, and anime like exosuits all wielding various abilities, you might like NOVA, a TTRPG based of the LUMEN system being made by Spencer Campbell

I've bought some of the guys other TTRPGs from his itch page, he's even got a free preview of NOVA up on it if you want to check that out to get a feel for it: https://gilarpgs.itch.io/nova-quick-start

His other works have all been pretty fantastic, especially his LIGHT one, real Destiny-esque feel to it.

Gonna also admit there's also a  bit of personal greed to advertising this, apparently if he hits 666 backers he plans to implement a devil themed spark (one of the exosuits) I was already planning to promote it before the announcement, but with it there's now an added benefit to it
