The obligatory Happy New Year post with news!!!
Whelp it's back to school tomorrow! It'll be my last term of Spanish with Sonia (boooo I don't want that class to endddd!) and my last term before I have to take goddamn Geometry (blehhhhh) but on the bright side I have my first theatre class since, like, forever and I have another English class (with an albeit tricky teacher but I'm good in English it shouldn't be too hard). It's also gonna be terribly cold where I live but I AM PREPARED thanks to my Christmas boots, gloves, and hats galore! I also got A TON of new knee socks which I'm totally gonna show off at fencing this week! Aaaaand I have two competitions this weekend to be stylish at as well :P. I hope you guys had a great New Year's Eve, because mine kind of sucked. My cousin took me to a party at her friend's house and it was low key and fun until they talked all about their school and lives and such and I couldn't converse with them because I was THE OUT OF TOWNER DUN DUN DUUUNNN. So I left early. Shout out to my friend Dana for sending me the thirty seconds before the ball dropped because the lamesters at the party didn't care to watch it. Thanks Dana, you rock!!! In other news, four days into the new year I've made a pretty big decision. A pretty big writing decision. I decided, technically it was on the third, at about 7 AM while I was in the car on the way to the airport to fly home... I decided to write a different story. Yep. I made this decision for a good number of reasons, but I'm going to talk about that later because now I honestly want to go to sleep at a decent hour. I just wanted to put that out there. I'm totally serious about this and not turning back now, this idea is only two days old but I think the spontaneity of this idea will get me to just GO and write with no regrets. I am so sure of this newborn story that I already have a firm title for it. Usually I go through like twenty titles before finding one I like, but this one just came to me and it was the perfect fit. The title is: Atoms to Atoms. Ponder that for a while :P. I'm gonna sleep now and get back to you on more news about this baby. Once again, Happy New Year!!!
