im not sure if there are programs made specifically for animatics but!! the way ive done them is just by drawing each frame individually on separate layers in a normal drawing program, then exporting each frame/layer and editing them all together with the audio in a video editing program! i’m pretty sure that in photoshop there’s an actual animation/direct video exporting feature though, to avoid having to save each frame :0 !!
