Ok so now this is giving me anxiety about moving there….but I really don’t like living on LI either…I’ve never been to...
Ha, oh there are some good points in living in Florida, no state income tax, the beaches are wonderful and it’s always much cooler on them. It really depends on what part of Florida you move to. I’ve lived in Tallahassee, Orlando, Miami and now I’m in Jacksonville. Tallahassee had the coldest days and more of a winter, Miami was literally Satan’s playground for me since I was newly graduated from college and poor as hell. Everything was so expensive in Miami and I don’t like people so the overcrowding had me fighting anxiety every day. What city are you moving to, if you don’t mind me asking? Eventually probably in another two years I’ll be moving further north chasing more defined seasons and taller trees, but what makes it bearable to live here now is the people. I love my friends here so much.
