CW: just a wee battle scene
Crucifer felt the weight of his countryman growing heavy in his arms, heavy as the blood slicking over his hand. His dagger was buried keep in the soldier whose breathing was ragged, uneven as Crucifer slowly lowered him to the ground. His eyes are fixed on the familiar face gasping back up at him, and he realizes that he's been recognized. Before the doomed man can say anything, Crucifer pulls the dagger free and slits his throat, spilling the hot blood of his own country across his hands. The profanity of it stunned him, but he pushed it down and threw himself back into the throes of the battle.

JF IF DKSS HHHHH killed TWENTY goddamn guards saving one citizen. I guess It was on a patrol path, I'd kill one and then more would just join! I didn't want to massacre them!! T.T and when I tried for a picture two more came up...
I feel bad for Ken, since they hook up in the 3rd gane, but I never liked Gabby so I'm kinda glad she died in this PT.
Last night’s session involved us running for two hours to get to a hamlet that we saw was on fire. Our party arrived at the edge of the hamlet where a bridge connected that area to the side we’d been on, and discovered a line of guards from the city we were working for, completely slaughtered, along with a few villagers who had tried to run from what seemed to be the attack.
We moved into the hamlet, passing a lot of people running back and forth trying to put out fires, bodies strewn here and there, burned, riddled with arrows, crumpled in all sorts of piles. And then we heard a woman yell “But she’s still inside!” And without pause, myself (Earth Genasi Barbarian), our human life cleric, and our tiefling caster all ran inside a burning shop. The cleric used her ray of frost cantrip to cool the shop while the tiefling and I searched for whoever was inside, struggling at first before locating a small child and her cat, both terrified. We barely managed to convince the girl to come with us, telling her that her mother was outside waiting for her, as we had assumed that was who the woman was, and rushed the two out to safety.
When we got outside and passed the child and cat off to the woman, we heard her say “Where’s mommy?” We were shocked when the woman confided in us, away from the girl, showing us where the mother lay near the building’s entrance with three arrows in her back. Our cleric rushed over to cast healing on the woman, but it didn’t stick. And that’s how our party became firefighters and I lied to a kid!!
What's the point in being Dragonborn if you can't kill people like Calixto before the kill a bunch of innocent NPC's? I mean, there are several instances where you CAN stop murders before they happen - such as Margaret in Markarth - but these moments are far and few between. It's especially frustrating when certain killers are marked "essential" in the coding and therefore invulnerable even if you could get there in time. Skyrim is beautiful and I live playing the game, but it holds so many things just out of your reach, leaving you as a helpless onlooker. It angers and frustrates me something awful. I know it shouldn't get to me so much, but it does.
