whatever u do, dont think abt baby grace being loved and cherished so much by her parents who, despite not entirely knowing what they were doing at the time, knew for certain that they would love their baby as much and as hard as they could. dont think about karen chasity, tired and touched out but holding her baby girl in her arms because this is a life that was gifted to her, a baby so innocent and pure that she brought into this world with her husband at her side the entire time. dont think about mark chasity working as best as he can to provide for his small family, coming home after a long day and beelining for whatever room his wife is in, hoping to catch their daughter during one of her wake windows. baby grace, who looks almost exactly like her father, save for karens curl pattern. baby grace, who karen talks to all day long in order to keep herself sane throughout her postpartum because talking through her plans for the day is much better than overthinking and spiralling into anxiety. baby grace, who waddles into marks at-home office room and crawls into his lap to look at the different home interior plans on his desk while he works. little grace chasity with routine, with ambitions, hopes, and dreams, with steady support and a loving family. little grace chasity who has no idea whats to become of her before she even hits 20.
