NPR is treating it like it's a good thing that a county in Indiana has an armed former policeman making home calls to perpetrators of an entirely non-violent crime that, due to systemic racism, are largely people of color. The bodycam footage of Sonya Massey being murdered in cold blood was just released last week and that was just latest example in a long line of prominent cases where police have murdered people of color in America. NPR is just peak liberal apologia masquerading as progressive (for USAmerica) independent media.
