Just wanna announce, Wheels and Alex had their baby girl today!!!
11pm last night, Wheels was getting in bed so excited to go sleep because she had an early morning. Alex went up to bed at the same time but as she was in the bathroom doing her skincare, Alex grabbed his book to read for a bit (he likes to stay up to kiss his wife goodnight) but when she came back into the room, wheels smiled seeing Alex had already fallen asleep, the book on his chest.
Wheels walked over to give him a quick kiss and then she walked back to her side of the bed, but as soon as she went to climb on the bed her waters went. Immediately, she was shocked (probs gutted too because she was so tired) and she said, “Alex” but the dickhead didn’t wake up so she said his name louder, still nothing so she throws her pillow at him and he jumps awake and looks at her in shock but also half a glare until she tells him, “Alex, my waters have just gone.”
Man bolts out of bed, makes sure she’s okay, gets her anything she needs and once she’s ready, he grabs the bag that they had prepacked for he drives her to the hospital.
Wheels feels like she’s in labour for days when they get to the hospital, but their baby girl comes at 05:05 (which they laugh about in the afternoon). Baby Turner is perfectly healthy, weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and she’s gorgeous and both of them are in love with her instantly.
They called Penny and David first, at about 7am and Wheels calls her Aunt as soon as they are finished. As soon as her aunt answers Wheels starts tearing up as she talks to her and she looks at her own little girl. She calls her Mum afterwards and tells her, her mum books the first train down to London, Penny and David have done the same.
Because Wheels’ Aunt and Uncle were down to see Adam and the boys for Finsbury, they hadn’t yet gone home so they were the first to come and see their new Grandchild (as they are practically Wheels adopted parents). There’s not a dry eye in the place and there hasn’t been all day.
