A$AP Rocky is hip-hop's brightest star. His sophomore album At. Long. Last. A$AP topped charts worldwide, numbered 1 on iTunes and made him the top-ranked artist on Spotify. His collaboration with Rod Stewart on "Everyday" has been the hit song of the summer, with the rapper fêted by the American mainstream media, including a comedy spot with Stewart on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Now the 26–year-old rapper is making his acting debut in Dope.

what nublack and anti-feminism has taught me

stop expecting celebrities to have a clue. for a while, i was disappointed by celebrities denouncing anti-black racism and completely mislabeling feminism. 

seriously their definition of feminism is “non-straight women who hate men”. so all these straight white women proudly claim they are not feminist and they “love men/their boyfriend/husband”. or they (patricia arquette for ex.) disregard intersectionality completely and forget that women can be non-white and/or not straight.

as for #nublack folks (kanye west, raven symone, pharrell, asap ferg, etc), they believe racism is over. because you know, black president. plus slavery, Jim Crow laws, and segregation were like 1000 years ago. rme. not suprised how they don’t mention redlining, gerrymandering, or food deserts - nahh black people have made all of this stuff up, right? right?!!
