Heard that iodine pills are sold out in some countries after news of Russian troops took hold of the largest nuclear plant in Ukraine.
If you think you need to top up your iodine intake, seaweed/nori is the best source. A 10 gram serving of dried nori seaweed contains up to 232 mcg of iodine, more than 1.5 times the daily required minimum.
A lot of seafood and Greek yoghurt are high in iodine as well.
