Combined with the Sherry-based Sweet vermouth of Gonzalez Byass (which is arguably my fav sweet vermouth of the moment 🍷), Nardini's Mandorla (a grappa-based Bitter Almond Liqueur which comes at a whopping 50% 🔥) and to bring balance to the force, an organic Pedro Ximenez Mild (Organic) Vinegar ⚖️. .
