#aboutlastnight #latergram I follow #sfjazzcenter on fb otherwise I don't think I'd have heard of this performance. this is called #nufoniamustfall based on a #graphicnovel by #kidkoala . it was the most creative thing I've ever experienced. there was kid koala performing, doing the sound effects on several keyboards, a turntable, and various instruments. a string quartet. 6 performers working the puppets, setting, lights and camera. all working in unison. we saw all of them at work, dividing our attention between the screen and them at work. it's a love story between a robot and a scientist. little dialogue. after the performance they let the audience come on stage and check everything out. he has one last show tonight in #sf before the tour moves on. it was brilliant, funny, touching, innovative. the coolest thing I've ever done lol. if you get a chance, check it out.
