Oh youtube, let me be perfectly clear on this...

I don't care how much you slow down your site. Or how much you say Ad blockers are not allowed. Or how many times you mess specifically with firefox.

I. Am. Not. Uninstalling. Ad. Blockers. And further I will not whitelist your site as YOU have become the malicious ads I am trying to block. If your site becomes unusable, congrats. I won't use your site. Hell, the lack of time watching videos would allow me to do other things instead. As well I will not be buying premium, because 1. You are even starting to allow some ads on that. And 2. You have not proven to be a trustworthy company to have my money.

Burn in all the hells.

Was helping move my sister and my other sister has a dog that apparently isn't calm with anyone and way too hyper. I come over and the dog immediately calms down.

My mom: "Ashe the Dog Whisperer"

Everyone: "Ashe, animals are extremely calm around you. You might have a gift."

Me, with my furry and therian status trying not to laugh like a supervillian while thinking: "They have no idea".

They were still talking about it hours later, saying it is amazing and I'm still cackling like a mad woman.

Especially funny when you consider a really large chunk of my friends are therian or furry as well. XD

Speaks volumes about how my brain works when I can video call people, or see what they look like through selfies, and yet when mentally picturing them I still picture their avatars/how they represent themselves.

Over 9 years ago, I started playing ffxiv. 7 of those years Been in the same free company. (Awesome people, by the way.) Started getting a little nostalgic and realized SO MUCH has happened in that time, and tge me of 9 years ago would NEVER believe all of it or where we ended up so far.

Here's all that's happened in that time (in terms of life changing events and self discoveries)

- I have gone through several jobs

- Moved many, many times

- Came out as trans

- Made a whole webcomic series

- Made more friends through those webcomics

- Figured out I am extroverted not introverted. (That was a shock)

- Got a wonderful girlfriend

- Realized I was plural through help of friends

- Realized not only do I count as a furry, but also therian through the help of friends

- As a result of all of that, I am now a Fennec Fox Kitsune, and a shapeshifter, sharing a body with a transformation witch, a gremlin, a crystal fairy, an elf, and gentle buff woman.

It sounds crazy. It probably is. But gods it's a result I wouldn't trade for anything. And this journey of realizations started with making my character and meeting friends.

Every journey starts with a step, and that was mine.

I don't think the dork who drew this at the time would realize...

This is how it turns out in her future and is happier for it.

So... interesting development happened last night.

Tl;Dr Our body belongs to Iris (@iristhedarkwitch) now as she is the one best suited to take care of it. I am now in frequent fronter status. And that's a great thing. ^-^

Random thought. If Iris (@iristhedarkwitch) or I cameo in anything... remember... we fear no monster. We have fears, monsters aren't one of them. Friends with too many monsters to be afraid of them though. XD

I'm kinda starting to think about shifting focus from comics to visual novels. I had a realization moment about my art style, the fact that it is best suited to character portraits and illustrations, I don't have the means of voice acting, and initially the only thing stopping me was lack of decent writing... but now with aqua helping with that... I know we were already planning one, but like, I'm in a position where I can just DO this. I'll need help eventually on things like music, possible voices and things like that. (Not right out the gate) But I initially hadn't played many visual novels, but through circumstance have started to see the appeal... and realized I have the potential to just make stories like that. I might just shift my storytelling focus to that and have little short comics for the things too small to make a whole story out of. I'll think on this.

Still going to do illustrations, emotes, and all that. And short-form comics. But long-form comic stories might take a backseat.

Thank you! Honestly not the first time we've gotten that comparison, but it is one I always welcome! Kirby designs are amazing and I am glad she reminds you of it. ^-^
