1. If you could choose one place in the world to visit, where would you go and why?
Would it be cheating to say the UK? Ever since I was younger, I've always wanted to go there. I guess I just love a place with a long history and you can see it in the buildings and the culture.
2. What is the song that touches your heart the most in this moment? Why?
Sober by Kelly Clarkson. I've never been addicted to a thing - drugs or cigarette or the likes - but there's a line in this song that speaks to me. 'Picked all my weeds and kept the flowers'. That's something I've been trying to do.
3. If you had only one word to describe yourself, what would it be and why?
Low-key. I don't get noticed right away usually, and I'm uncomfortable with self-promotion. I get things done and I do them well, but quietly.
4. What song do you go to when you need to dance it out?
Taylor Swift - 22.
5. Think of the three most influential people in your life at this moment in time. Now describe each of them with one word or phrase.
1. Strong
2. A bit crazy but wise
3. Constant
6. Tomorrow is the last day you get to spend on Earth. What would you leave behind (not people/writing/poetry/music) for people to remember you by?
I would leave behind my favourite pair of runners. I wore them almost all the time for my first two years in Melbourne and they've seen a lot of new places with me. In a weird way I kind of identify with them, and I think people would remember me the way I want them to if they see these shoes.
7.Which season do you belong to? Why?
I would say Winter. Not a harsh, snowy, subzero winter, but more Melbourne winter I guess. It's still freezing and grey, but I love things about it - hot chocolate, thick blankets, coats and scarves and sweaters, even the rain (when I don't have to leave the house). I feel most comfortable in winter.
8. We couldn’t ever talk again. What’s the last thing you would say to me?
I imagine even in those last moments I wouldn't be an eloquent speaker, so I'd probably say 'thank you for being my friend, I love you, you're stronger than you know'.
9. You finally found a rainbow and can actually walk upon it. What would you find at the end?
People who love me.
10. Tell me your favourite memory. What makes it so precious?
There was this one day in fifth or sixth grade where one of my best friends and I played with a home planning program and we basically built our dream house, one that we would share together when we're old and rich enough. I don't think it crossed our minds that we might not even be in the same country when we were older, or that we'd have husbands. The future seemed really simple: me and her as best friends forever and this amazing house.
11. Describe one of your quirks and how you think it came about.
I play with my hair a lot, I think? I tuck my hair behind my ear and then untuck it a few minutes later. I'm not sure how it came about, maybe because I've always been rather insecure about my hair.
My questions:
1. Which fantasy realm would you choose to live in (Narnia, Middle Earth etc)?
2. Do you believe in love at first sight?
3. To you, what's the point of social media?
4. Favourite food and why?
5. Do you have a motto?
6. Out of your five senses, which one do you think is the most important/strongest for you?
7. Your feeling about thunderstorms?
8. Describe the best day you've ever had.
9. Favourite TV show?
10. Which band/artist whose concert you would do anything to go to?
11. Who would you switch lives with for a day if you could?
