Fic help!

What: A post-series fic where the gang end up in a new world where a festival is being held. The festival is bombed by a kurogane look-a-like and said look-a-like takes a huge interest in fai because he looks like his dead wife!

When: It was pre-2020 and post 2016 if I remember correctly. Not sure.

Where: Either A03 or dreamwidth! I can’t seem to remember

Genre(s): Drama and hurt/comfort possibly?

Setting: It was set in a tribal village in what seemed to be either a jungle or forested area.

Point of View: Mostly Fai’s POV

Tropes/Kinks: It was SFW and unrequited love on the other kurogane’s part.

Status: Complete

Other characters/pairings: Syaoran, mokona, and the fake kurogane. There was also that world’s version of Toya and Yukito.

Anything else: It got pretty violent towards the end and I think fai saved syaoran or kurogane’s life while receiving a pretty serious injury to the chest?

Nr. 33 of the Weirder Asks please! (the last adventure you’ve been on?)

Hello, Anon:

My last adventure was to St. Thomas, USVI, earlier this month, for a family vacation. We stayed in a stone house high on a hill, built like a treehouse, in a part of the island that we don’t usually visit when we’re there, not one cruise ship or tourist bus in sight.

We woke up to crowing roosters and beautiful sunrises, and took walks down a steep hill to a tiny secluded beach, dodging large green iguanas and random goats and chickens on the way. Trips to town always felt like an adventure, on roads that weren’t always marked or paved, narrow, on the edges of cliffs, hairpin turns, and extraordinarily steep inclines, made extra exhilarating by the Caribbean (British) driving pattern, on the left, in large American vehicles. Every day ended with a dip in the tiny pool after a trip to the beach, and we were often rewarded with a magnificent sunset, too.
