Judging by the small group of people nearby the van, it made sense for it to be a new business around the area. The employees were also giving pamphlets, just to boost their ice cream shop. Without smartphones to fast advertisement through social media... Shops like these would have to distribute pamphlets and use other methods. If they have enough budget to run a CM on TV channels and radio stations... But this wouldn't be their case apparently.

Beats me, if purely because what could surprise some people may not phase others. Don't think there's any one Fact(tm) that could shock the whole world.

I'd say 'William has a burger themed sentai team for his burger restaurant chain' as an example but I think he's established himself to the point where about fuck and all would be surprising coming from him.

QUICKLY scrambling to grab it, Chao wastes no time putting it on (Though, it felt a little... plasticy.), approaching the Luna Dopant with a glare.

Alongside the Driver, the JOKER Memory was with it. He had all he needed now.

"You leave me no choice. If you seek to make this city cry... I won't forgive you."

"HEN...SHIN."

Without wasting a moment, Chao slammed the Memories into the Driver.

Before even letting the transformation happen, a SURGE of energy washes over the man, and his adrenaline spikes to an all time high. Quickly, he springs forward, shoulder tackling the Dopant to the ground.

"Ehhh?! Wh-What is this power?! He isn't even transformed!"

Using his momentum, Chao uses an axe kick to maintain his damage, and as the Dopant is stunned, he jumps into the air... and unleashes the best RIDER KICK an unhenshin'd person could possibly do, cause the Luna Gaia Memory to practically spit out of the Dopant—Who had ended up being a goon who had gotten too cocky, and was now unconscious.

"I... I did it?" Pulling his Memories out, the adrenaline finally begins to come down, and...

"... It was just a toy...?"

... Aw, man. That was lame.

But, he managed to pull through. Albeit only because the Dopant was a regular ass goon over his head. It's that Episode 1 luck baby.

Taking the Luna Memory, Chao walks off. Determined to find the true Driver and become the hero this city needs.

"Well done, Belle~." She pats her on the head, very proud of her. "What do you wanna do today? If it's not something bad for you like smoking or drinking, I'll take you out to have some fun~."
