5/8/17 @buker06 Chowder just learned he is going to get neutered tomorrow. He knows we love him so much, we want to decrease his desire to run away when he senses a female in heat, gets rid of his chances of having testicular cancer, and will increase his chances of keeping his sweet/ submissive nature. We do not want to actively a play a role in overpopulating, which spills into the high euthanasia rate here in the Central Valley.
