For the earlier cat ask and the idea reader has a cat mind when their cat body

When ever adult cat is nearby wind reader hisses at it and maybe start a fight if none of the chain or zeldas or anyone reader trust take them first as they are very protective towards who they consider their kittin and that's wind, Aril and tetra so when ever there is cold nights reader tries to snuggle with them and if their in different places than too bad reader is getting them one place and that's next to them. Wolfie is the only known dog/wolf cat reader allows to be affectionate with them if it's some random dog that finds cat reader, cat reader would start like the stereotypical unwanting affection cat and start running behind any nearby link that's not wind or just go behind or top of wolfie to the pleasure to twilight. When reader starts to notice any of the yanderes showing signs of distress reader will flop on them and start purring and meowing as if talking to them (got that from finding out cats don't show affection or meow to other animals just humans because they know) and for extra measures reader will start snuggling to them as to get their attention. Reader somewhat half aware what fairies are as when ever hearing that jingle they just watch them as if trying not to spook them especially if they can tell its hyrule by his smell and so letting them snuggle on their fur.

I like this idea of the reader being fully cat-like when transformed because we have two members of the chain (possibly three if you count that one version of Time) who can transform into animals.

There's Twilight who is still aware of who and what he is when he's transformed. Yeah he's influenced by his wolf form but he's saware he's a hylian even if the thought escapes his mind from time to time. Even in hylian form he has wolf like tendencies- such as heightened senses and occasional growling- but he knows who and what he is at heart.

Then theres Legend and his rabbit form. Legend is always aware of who he is and doesn't notice any rabbit-like qualities. He had his rabbit like traits before he got his transformation and if it made any traits of his stronger he did not equate it to the newfound transformation. Yeah he stomps his foot, tears things apart for play or when he's upset, and gets into trouble for the fun of it but that was before his transformation as well so what's the big deal?

The bunny in him does not like it when the cat comes over and throws themselves on top of him. Biting his neck, kicking and trying to drag him down. Your claws are sheathed and it's all for good fun but he does wish you wouldn't scare him like that. At least you're not attacking him while he's a rabbit. That'd be embarrassing and terrifying.

Twilight is happy for more littermates. You and the pup get along so well. You're always there following behind him and it reminds Twilight of when he first met the champion as Wolfie. He has a theory that the champ has a way with animals that makes them feel safer with him, like the stable dogs he feeds or the horses who warm up to him so quickly- but Wild assures him it's just because he knows his way around wild animals and not some strange ability.

When you're not stuck by the Wild’s side, catching a nap with Sky, or bothering Time you're over with Wind. Walking a few steps behind him on standby should he need any extra protection. The curious teen has little experience with cats but is always trying to play games with you. Running around so you have to chase him is always fun, especially when you get fussy because he's nullifying your protection by running away from you.

The one time a dog in town saw you and chased you because they thought it was a game you wound up jumping into Time’s arms. The man happily carried you around all day. Petting youto calm you down while Twilight chased the offender down. He chose to take you with him on his shopping trip. Letting you charm the owners while he did some bargain shopping. You sniffed each fruit he bought just to make sure nothing was wrong with it, Wolfie would have done a better job but Time trusts your judgement.

After an excruciating nightmare you'll curl around the boys. Keeping them safe while they try to wake back up. Purring and making biscuits to give them a distraction. They're always so wound up after having a nightmare. Crowded visions of past mistakes and failures all fade away as you help them come back to reality. They smile brightest the morning after as they give you whatever cat suitable treats they have before getting ready for the next day.

Hyrule sneaks out of camp in fairy form from time to time. He likes to find the most relaxing flower to sleep in. Waking up to find you nosing the flower was a bit strange. The vision of a cat startled him at first as most cats tend to chase fairies and minish around. This cat was friendly however. Just trying to catch the scent of their friend a bit better.

Later when he got back into camp you watched him perched in a tree with perfectly curated feline eyes. The melodic ringing of bells is always a sure fire way to tell that fairies are around. He pretended he didn't see you and changed back to a hylian, another such night he skipped the change and just went over to lay on you. The warm fur of your outstretched back made for a fine sleeping roll.

The group stops by a fairy fountain in Wind's era. It's so close to his home they couldn't resist the detour. You are following Wind through the forest when he stops by the spring. The melodic hum of music fills your ears and you can see soft glowing lights surround the warriors.

Your gaze bounces from one fairy orb to another as they all flow so happily around each Link. Stopping to give thanks and blessings for a safe journey. The lights fill your vision and movement in the corner of your eyes just keeps drawing you to more and more of them. The forest is full of these amazing lights that captivate you.

We've gotten some monster chain with reader like dragon time and incubus first but what if reader is the non human here

Milf/dif vampire reader with legend like they are topping him as he just gives up the vibe of a brat who wines under the sheets. Reader don't need to have a kid they just give off a milf/dilf. Heck who do you think would be easily topped by milf reader other than hyrule

Okay so obviously this man is different from the Chain, like DIFFERENT. Capital D for fricken DANGER different.

Because honestly in my opinion even if the Chain is all yandere and whatnot I don't think they'd be up for actually offing someone if they got super jealous, just due to them being heroes and whatnot. Yes, they will threaten and intimidate, perhaps even blatantly threaten to off someone if they got too close to you but they wouldn't go through with it.

Dink though....

That man is a cold blooded killer and is LOOKING for any opportunity to rip someone apart.

Person even so much as glances at you and he's going after them. So, lord help whoever is brave stupid enough to try and flirt with ya.

Also, where the Chain is somewhat comforting and loving, Dink is gonna be downright mean and vicious. Especially since you're a royal.

I'm talking making comments making fun of you about not wanting you to "break a nail" or "mess up your hair and get dirty" Like the man's gonna be mean but only he gets to be mean to you.

And honestly if he dragged you through a portal, like you didn't just accidentally fall in, he's not just gonna throw you into some random woods of another Hyrule. Nu-uh, you're going to his base of operations, his lair so that he can keep an eye on you and keep ya close.

But now what would be interesting is if Reader falling into one of his portals was by accident and over the course of time as the Reader travels with the Chain and actually gets down and dirty fighting with Dink's monsters does he start to fall for them and go yandere. I could also see where the snide comments would come into play the most.

Because that would be a hell of a thing to go through.

What about weapon soul eater reader like they can turn into a weapon and turn parts of their body into the part of the weapon they are in this case a sword. If you don't know that anime they are basically have the same abilities as fi would would they he okay now sense they are a lot more help and would they try to seal that ability afraid reader could wire down or would they not so they could hold onto them more sense their now an object

*Oh cool! Soul Eater was actually the first anime I watched so I know it quite well!

But for the sake of keeping this ask from getting too confusing for others who haven't watched soul eater we'll just keep it to Reader being able to turn into a weapon that anyone can use (so ignoring all that soul wavelength stuff.*

So honestly, I don't think the Chain would try to seal that ability away from Reader. In fact, this ability just allows them to keep Reader close in any of the fights they get into, making it somewhat unable for anyone to steal Reader away from them since they'll always be right at the Chain's side.

Now, do they use Reader in battle is the true question. And honestly for each of the Links I think that that would be up for debate. Especially since they all already have their own weapons and whatnot.

Although the Chain comes to a complete unanimous agreement that Wild is NEVER allowed to wield Reader. Like at all.

They'd all be too afraid of Wild breaking Reader's weapon form and then end up hurting them. Because after all, that sword is still Reader and any damage done to their weapon form is going to reflect back onto them.

But don't worry, Wild still gets his time with Reader. It just has to be in their human form.

Four is really interested in Reader's weapon form. I'm talking he's totally checking it out and wondering about how the craftmanship is different from a normal sword.

Sky is also interested in Reader's weapon form, and he definitely gets a sense of nostalgia whenever Reader talks to him while in their weapon form.

However, when the Chain first discover Reader's ability (perhaps the chain had been in a tight situation and one of the Link's weapons got knocked away and then Reader was suddenly grabbing their hand and a sword was then in their place) they seriously think that Reader has been cursed or something. Like they totally freak out.

I'm talking Hyrule's trying to use his healing spells on Reader and seeing if that will work. (Hint: it doesn't because Reader's completely fine).

Legend and Four are throwing out moon pearls and whatnot thinking Reader was changed by dark magic or something and are vehemently swearing up and down about how they're going to free Reader from their "prison".

Twilight's keeping Wild and Wind at bay since he's a little worried they may end up scoffing Reader's sword form and therefore perhaps hurt her.

And I imagine it was Time or Warriors that got their weapon knocked away and is now holding Reader's sword form. So, for whichever one it is, they're holding Reader so, so tenderly and gently. I'm taking holding the sword out with two hands and just keeping a constant eye on it.

Sky is trying to calmy talk to Reader while they're in their sword form. Don't get me wrong, he's completely freaking out too, but he's also used to seeing someone suddenly transform into a sword (well somewhat, I mean Fi never actually transformed into the master sword, her spirit just resided in it. Like she didn't physically transform.)

But the Chain's worries get put to rest when they see Reader's image pop up in the reflective part of the sword and when they hear their voice start to come out.

How about some yandere fierce deity headcannons with reader who can actually fight really well and is confused why this war God is being so soft and not letting them fight at all and getting grumpy about it.

For him having a darling who can take care of themselves in a fight is really exciting. He loves being able to show off and having you comment on his footwork and stance and giving him extra praise because you know how hard some of those moves are is just *mwah* the cherry on top. He takes the opportunity of you both being warriors to grow closer to you and to have a reason to spend time with you as your both fighters. The issue starts when he actively starts to block you from training.

He just crosses his arms and says no and expects you to just follow his orders. He outranks you, and even if he doesn't hold station above you he's a deity and that puts him in a spot of authority. He tries to distract you by offering other activities you can do instead of fighting but even if you don't take those and still try to fight he's actively sabotaging your attempt to train.

You shouldn't have to fight. There's others who can take care of the issue, such as Link or himself, and he doesn't want to risk you getting hurt. Even the strongest warrior can fall from a simple mistake. Overlooking the smallest detail on the battlefield can lead to your death. You're the reason the sun sets and the moon rises each night to him. To have you fall will leave a hole in his heart and he knows no one else could fill that. You're not some common soldier who has to put their life on the line. He will do anything if it means you'll be safe.

He begins to hover around you all the time, even going so far as to have you keep his mask with you so that way you're never without his sight. Whenever something happens or a problem arises he's right there to take care of it for you. The distance isn't an issue as if you ever move away he can just ask Link to help him out. He doesn't have to explain why he's asking for help to them, he can just tell them to do it.

If at any point you start to fight back and wind up telling him to go away or to put it mildly to tell him you won't listen he will try to order you into no fighting. Even going so far as to ask Link to take care of the issue for him. I imagine this would happen in any Hyrule but especially the war of ages Hyrule. He needs to hover around you all the time and refuses to let you lift a finger to defend yourself. Anywhere you go he's there taking care of any problems you have. Suddenly you have a deity of war guiding you on how to not do the very thing you were brought along to do.  He doesn't want you fighting at all.

Trying to explain why he doesn't want you to fight is so hard for Fierce because he knows you can handle yourself. He just doesn't care. The ages old god does not care if his frail mortal liver wishes to die in a war that isn't where they should be. It's for your safety. He's doing this so you can be kept safe! Being better able to handle yourself doesn't change anything in his mind. 

At first you might think it's because he doesn't trust your skills as a fighter. Really he just knows how squishy mortals can be. You can assure him that you'll be fine and you can handle this but nothing you do can help. He has even taken to having you carry his mask. The moment you step forward to fight he stops you.

Nothing you say can change the deities mind. He doesn't mean to but he will become unresponsive to you when you start to argue your case. It isn't because he doesn't hear you, he does… he just won't change his mind. As much as he loves you he knows you're being ridiculous. He won't let his goddess destroy themselves by throwing their life at a wall of enemies for fleeting glory. Just stay here with him. He'll make the bed up and get you extra blankets if you want, and he'll even light a fire for you. Just stay there and let everyone else take care of it. 

Fierce loves to hear you complain. He loves your voice so much and he loves doting on you. Stopping you from fighting by holding you in his lap close to his chest where he can spend all his time watching over you is his favourite. Lighting a fire and holding you, his lover,  until you fall asleep makes him purr in delight.. He knows this change might be rough so he does all the fighting work for you so you can just relax and stay by his side once he comes back.

He just smiles at you and picks you up to carry you away to a quiet spot. He tries to talk about everything else you can do other than fight. He is just so quiet that he tends to just cross his arms and let you just sit in his lap and relax. For someone who complains so much you do seem to enjoy your time with him.

You know that idea of the links being short altho it hasn't been confirmed by Nintendo for a while especially their hights. So what about any link of choosing except four and wind since that would be normal, be shorter than reader like this

Honestly they would all be the same, even if Reader was shorter than them (including shorter than Four)...

They don't care about height, weight, hair color, skin color, etc.

They love Reader for just simply existing within the same plain as them.

Reader is taller than them, even Time or hell Fierce? Sure, they may be a little surprised but that just means there's more of Reader to love.

Throw in that Reader is stronger than them as WELL as being taller?

Wild's already vibrating, constantly wanting to ask Reader to hold him up or to give him a piggyback.

Hyrule and Four always go to Reader to get something from high up. A shelf or a treebranch, it doesn't matter, if it's high up they've already got Reader's name forming on their lips.

They totally don't do it just to admire Reader while they stretch. Totally not.

Legend, while he will never admit it, is constantly fixing Reader's clothes so that they fit them perfectly, no trousers are too small in one area and too big in the other ever again.

Oh, and the inn bed is too short so your feet hang off the end?

No worries whichever Link is rooming with you is already getting his bed ready to push up next to yours so y'all can cuddle comfortably.

Expect group cuddles to be even more prominent of a thing, Everyone gets a limb, someone is laying their head across your stomach, just a big ol' warm pile of Link's and their tall Reader.

(group cuddles still happen even with a smaller Reader though, they make it work, somehow)
