Hey I just saw your response. Idk where the post is now. It's pretty shitty that lauren felt like she had to delete her twitter.

Dude, when I posted those tweets I didn’t even know what was going on. I just thought that maybe she was responding to some comments or a post or something. I didn’t know that people had launched a harassment campaign on her twitter that would get so bad she would delete. Those tweets just struck a cord with me because queer-baiting is so common, and to hear a queer women talking openly about the queer-representation on the show she works on, how she really is trying to put it in there and that’s not a joke means a lot to me. Steven Universe is a kids show and it has to try so much harder because of that to get these kinds of things in it but it has still done so much more than any “adult” show I’ve seen. And to hear that people don’t even care about that, that they just get so caught up in shipping that they would harass a queer woman over what the mistakenly claim as queer-baiting just because of a stupid ship war breaks my heart.
