i got myself a nuphy air75 v3 during cyber monday and it just arrived recently. i opened it as a christmas present to myself, and omg i'm enjoying it

i like the initial keyboard i started with like 3-4 years ago (rk84, which i changed the keycaps on and filled with foam to make it less clacky), and it's giving old-mechanical-keyboard-i-used-to-use-as-a-child-on-the-family-computer. but the nuphy is so much more satisfying, and i'm hoping that the low profile will feel more ergonomic.

one touch that i didn't know about was the rhythm bar that lights up more the faster i type, which... is very rewarding for someone like me who types quickly, lol

one thing about me is that i know that i am exactly the type that would get suuper into keyboards as a hobby, which is why i have resolutely refused to get into keyboards as a hobby. i've only allowed myself to get stuff that works off the shelf + a set of keycaps. but nothing else!!

all in all a good purchase. very pleased. looking forward to using this during my work day when i return :)
