the studs still bugged me being in but not as much as it did before. I think I sleep slightly differently now compared to before bc I tend to kind of elevate my ears now by putting my hand under the pillow???? idk how to explain it but I'm certain I didn't used to sleep like that

the studs pushing against my head drive me CRAZY though, I hate it being there

they're steel tho so you can just leave them in????
