Fuck medical programs that drug test for marijuana before allowing you into the program.
Some of us have nothing that helps with the daily hell of chronic medical issues except medical marijuana, and the vast majority of us are responsible users.
I’m not going to be smoking on the fucking job, you imbecile.

Saw a patient today as i was leaving work, he was going in for an appointment and i vaguely remembered him and more importantly i remembered liking him, so i said hi and asked how he was doing. Good he said, still tired but doing better. I was very glad, told him so and we parted ways. I took me until i was home to remember this DUDE fucking went into CARDIAC ARREST DURING MY SHIFT! Zhsihwysiwhdiwg shitty memory is remembering he was nice and forgetting we had to jump on his hospital bed to perform CPR
I adore my job and i'm also not sure how long i'll be able to do it
feeling your empathy starting to... decay after two years on the job is pretty awful tbh
