Plato Timer
This is seriously the greatest secret to productive studying. Today, I had the timer set for 50 and 7, which is 50 minutes of focused studying followed by an active 7 minute break. I utilize this time to refill my coffee/water, grab a snack, stretch, use the bathroom, and check my phone. I stuck to this study cycle for a total of six hours today and I'm SO happy to report that I am not feeling too overwhelmed by midterms anymore!
