How to spend a chilly November day? Make banana bread, of course! But not just any kind--banana bread with Nutella swirled in it! :D Thanks to Todd's Kitchen @toddm007 for the recipe. Nutella Banana Bread 3 medium, well-ripened bananas 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1/4 cup oil 1/3 cup milk 2 eggs 1 t. vanilla 3/4 cup Nutella Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Place the bananas in a bowl and mash well. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas and beat until creamy. Place the Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 40 seconds, just to warm it up. Scoop out 1 cup of the banana mixture, add it to the Nutella, and stir to combine. Pour half the banana mixture into the loaf pan. Top it with half the Nutella mixture. Repeat with remaining batters until everything’s layered together. Take a fork and swirl it around to create a marbled pattern. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the loaf springs back to the touch. #FeedingCreatively #NutellaBananaBread #ToddsKitchen #CozyDayBaking https://www.instagram.com/p/B5oqSToHAEV/?igshid=xyao14zej6ow
