I was proud of myself yesterday. I got a ton of stuff done! One thing I did was I woke up early so I could go to work just for what we call a “15 min. class” (for obvious reasons) that was taught by one of my coworkers :) She talked about the nutratarian lifestyle, which is focusing on eating the most nutrient dense foods. She made this awesome ice cream for us that I wanted to share.
2 frozen bananas (ripe) Handful of walnuts 1/3 cup almond milk (or any other non dairy milk)
Blend it all together (preferably with a vitamix, because other blenders may have trouble with the walnuts) and viola! It was super creamy and delicious :) and perfect for when you’re craving something sweet.
