These Low Carb Keto Walnut Crackers are tasty, crunchy, and perfect for keto dieters who want to snack. They're a tasty alternative to regular crackers because they're full of healthy fats from flaxseed and walnuts.
Ingredients: 1 cup ground walnuts. 2 tbsp ground flaxseed. 1 tbsp coconut flour. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1 large egg.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Ground flaxseed, ground walnuts, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients with the egg until a dough forms. Put another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough that you just put down on the paper. The dough should be about 1/8 inch thick when rolled out between the parchment paper sheets. Take off the top piece of parchment paper and cut the dough into squares or any other shape you want with a knife. The crackers should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Let the crackers cool all the way down before you serve them. Put in a container that won't let air in.
