Dear Open Journal: Ive started doing something i wanted to start a long time ago. I'm tracking my Nwyvre level each day, seeing how the moon, my own emotions, frequency of meditation, etc effect me and my magical practice. Nwyvre is the druid name for the universal life force of energy, the name for the spirit energy inside of you that connects you to the universe and allows witches to "do" magic. I'm so excited to collect some data!!! I set a timer on my phone to go off in the evenings so i can monitor at the same time daily. I'm using "mood log" since it allows me to export my data, see it in a graft, and add notes. Selene Blackwell
