The blonde looked to her prince, trying to listen. She hadn’t heard anything but the usual night sounds, an owl hooting, a wolf howling. Typical things, but she wasn’t going to dismiss the idea of something being out there.
“I’m afraid I don’t hear anything.” She said, keeping her voice barely above a whisper. “Do you want me to go check?” She asked, glancing to her lance in the corner of the room.
